Spark Plug Size Online Detection Solution 

（1）Project Background

Most car parts require very precise size. This case USES mechanical visual measurement function to quickly detect the key dimensions of spark plug. 

（2）Project Requirement 

Maximum diameter of screw head: 0.250-0.002 (inch) 

Minimum diameter of screw head: 0.214 + 0.004 (inch) 

The screw head bending: < 3 ° 

Deviation of screw head and ceramic center: < 0.0242 (inch) 

Clearance value between screw head and ceramic body: < 0.01 (inch) 

Measuring points twice, once completed, artifacts will spin 0 °, then a second measurement. If the first measurement fails, the second measurement will not be carried out.
