Due to the previous PCB board glue detection is used in the fluorescent lamp detection, resulting in low efficiency, high missed detection, and unable to carry on data preservation, since the use of the visual system, the customer's problem has been sovling of glue detection.

Detection problem: colorless waterproof glue is very difficult to distinguish in normal circumstances, and after fluorescence, it also needs to read the two-dimensional code of PCB board, the light source interference and the coating interference is serious.

 The scheme introduces: using four fluorescent lamps to illuminate the gluing area, so that the gluing detection is completed.  Use the highlighted red bar light to read the two-dimensional code.  In the detection of the four - board, it is necessary to complete four pictures through the manipulator.
