The traditional packing machine uses the sensor to detect the position of the outer wrapping paper on the belt, indicating the mechanism to place the bottom box above the colored paper.  There are some defects such as poor positioning accuracy ( positioning error greater than 0.2 mm ), inability to measure the rotation angle of colored paper. Part of the wrapper around the box plot is as follows:

The system can automatically measure the specific position and deflection angle of each piece of colored paper, indicating that the moving mechanism can place the box bottom box on the colored paper accurately.  

When the color paper reaches the measuring position, the packaging machine PLC sends " start measurement" signal, the industrial control computer instructs the camera to capture the color paper image, detect the specific position and deflection angle of the color paper, send the detected data to the PLC, and indicate the PLC to accurately place the packing box to the colored paper.
