Vision Inspection Scheme of The Limiter Plate Through Hole

This vision inspection scheme focuses on the application of machine vision in the detection of the hole and clearance of the limit plate.

 A. the detection hole location identification, whether through hole, realize count / setting function;  

 B. there are no gap detection and clearance dimension check for multiple overlapping sides of the side.  

 C. detection accuracy: 0.1 mm

Assessment results 1: can meet the detection requirements;  

Assessment results  2: there is no detection, because the detection field of vision is large, the gap imaging is relatively small and curved, the width of the middle width is narrow, the measurement of the full width of the gap between the products is easy to induce software misjudgment, and the detection has a great risk;  

 Assessment result 3: can meet the detection requirements;

According to your requirements, and the products provided, the camera detection range can reach 45 mm * 28 mm, camera resolution: 2,456 2058 pixel, detection ok.  In theory, the 500 w mono camera detects the product, and the character detection can meet the requirements of detection accuracy.

Project Evaluation Conditions 

1. Keep horizontal placement when multiple overlaps on the side of the product are maintained, and cannot be tilted; 

2. To detect the backlight , the inspection part of the product treatment tool needs to be designed into glass; 

3. No burr or bump impurities can be found on the surface of the product; otherwise, the software will detect misjudgments; 

4. The software has two functions: A and pass hole detection; B, whether the gap is detected.
