Video Detection Solution for Medical Injection Needle Defect

（1）Project Background:
There are two kinds of defects in the medical injection needle: first, the needle tip may produce burrs in the process of making.  Secondly, the needle in the automatic assembly process may produce the inverted insert phenomenon ( needle position inserted into the needle seat ), the inverted insert will not only have a direct impact on the quality of the product, serious words will also harm the human life.  In order to reduce the unqualified products, we need to increase the visual inspection procedures, and the pumi machine vision system can effectively improve the production quality and the degree of automation of production line.
