（1）Project Background
Medicine is a matter of people's livelihood, its production is a very strict process.  The bottle body of the filling injection must be strictly detected in all aspects.  In the dust - free, aseptic production workshop, how to ensure to maximize the avoidance of personnel contact, and to achieve rapid detection and measurement, is a problem placed in front of many engineers.

This case provides a non-contact online rapid measurement method

（2）Functional Requirements

 Rapid detection of multiple sizes of transparent glass bottles

 When the product reaches the specified position, the camera is triggered to take a picture, and the light source on both sides is triggered, and the light source is opened at the light source above the signal closing, and the light source is photographed.  

 After the image lens camera software processing, the results can be displayed by the sound and light alarm

 The product automatically rotates to achieve the measurement results of the bottle body multiple sampling analysis
