(1)Project Background

(3)Detection Content

(4)Principle of Detection
The quality detection of glucose liquid medicine based on machine vision technology can achieve non-contact detection, and the traditional manual detection has significant improvement in drug safety and detection precision.  According to the characteristics of glucose impurity detection, a special visual imaging scheme is designed.

As shown in the figure, the glucose bottle to be detected is stuck in the bed, rotating the bed to rotate the bottle high speed rotation, the special led surface light source for machine vision is installed in the light source box, and the CCD industrial camera transmits the captured image to the industrial control computer.  In this process, multiple images are taken continuously, and the moving targets are recognized in the moving image of the sequence.  When the identified target exceeds the specified admissible indicator, the bottle of liquid medicine is judged to be unqualified.  

 

 The image acquisition part will complete the motion image acquisition on the pipeline, and the quality of the image acquisition part will directly affect the whole detection efficiency.  The image acquisition part is mainly completed by the CCD industrial camera.  The CCD industrial lens takes the image signal, and the image signal is collected by the image acquisition card.  Two cameras with two bearings are used to detect objects, one is a cepai bit, and some objects to be detected can be detected in a multi-directional way.
